Ingredients

  • 100g mixed baby leaves
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Small handful micro herbs
  • ¼ cup Salad Servers Creamy French Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Toss leaves, micro herbs and radish together.
  2. Arrange on a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle over the Creamy French Dressing.
  4. Finish with seeds, salt and cracked pepper.

  • 1 crumbed chicken schnitzel
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced into strips

Method

  1. Slice the capsicum and roast with oil at 200°C for 25 mins.

  • 2 large wraps
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 handfuls shredded cos lettuce

Method

  1. Pan-fry the chicken until golden, about 8 mins, then slice.
  2. Crisp the prosciutto in the oven, 8 mins at 180°C.
  3. Toss lettuce, chicken, prosciutto and parmesan with half the Herby Caesar Dressing.
  4. Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon.
  5. Divide between the wraps, drizzle with the remaining dressing, roll tightly and serve.

Method

  • 400g baby potatoes
  • 150g green beans
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup Salad Servers Honey Mustard Macadamia Dressing
  • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup roasted macadamias, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Wash and halve the potatoes, then cut evenly spaced slices across each potato, taking care not to cut all the way through so the base remains intact. Oil and roast at 180°C for 30 to 40 mins.
  2. Blanch the beans 3 mins.
  3. Crisp the prosciutto in the oven, 8 mins at 180°C.
  4. Arrange potatoes, beans, spring onion and parsley.
  5. Top with prosciutto and macadamias.
  6. Drizzle generously with the Honey Mustard Dressing.
